Egypt CIQ operation flow and considerations
(Must be read it carefulness before the operation)

1. Enquiry stage:
   First of all is need to make sure either Custom Declaration or Export License Declaration.
Supposing that is Custom Declaration, basically will impose unrestrictions on commodity. If the goods is non legal examine commodity, can accept the documents of nonlocal companies; If the goods is legal examine commodity, not only need documents of local companies, but also the goods are filed with CIB.
   Supposing that is Export License Declaration, the commodity has some restriction and need packing list. The contents at least needs chinese commodity, material quality and mode of packing. It would be best provide HS CODE (Customs Code) and picture of goods. Main products currently pay for general goods, clothing, shoes, bags, toiletries, most computer peripheral (such as headsets, chargers, speakers, monitor, mouse, keyboard, network cable, etc.), PU leather, cloth, etc.; wood system, rattan furniture now online. Other products respond too slowly, and many products need to send samples of test, not to accept food, toys, machinery, household appliances, dishes, furniture skins.
   Value: Many customers want to lower the value of pay, but the CIB has a valuation of all goods, we could only do as much as possible the value declared by the customers, but lower than the CIB valuation, will the value of CIB playing in the CIQ.
   CIQ exporters company name: must be used company name of the verification forms.

2. Into depot preparation (at least counter back before 12 noon the day before to confirm):
   If the declaration is commissioned, the best information first declaration sent to our company, and provide inspection number to us; If it is Export License Declaration, be sure to provide the packing list and invoices the day before delivery to warehouse, in order to get proper customs formalities. In addition, the provision of SO, driver information (license plate, container number, driver phone), bills of loading and where the English name of the consignee.

3. Take container and loading:
   Prepare two seals; if water in Yantian Port, trailer must has license; if varieties, be sure to classify loading

4. Into the Qianhai Bonded Warehouse (Shenzhen costoms Qianhai 5349) to do CIQ Inspection:
   Because must to register in the CIB before into the Bonded Warehouse, so into the port time is:8:30-16: 00. So best into the port time is 8:30 am, this can be done the day of basic inspection, without overnight. The driver arrive the gate of the Bonded Warehouse, Our staff do CIQ register in CIB and print the list. The containers will be sent to the bonded zone; After discharge of goods, our company and the staff by appointment of the CIB and China Inspection Company’s staff to checkout, photographs, inspect, seal by CIB.

5. After declaration by Qianhai Bonded Warehouse, transit to port of loading:
   Shekou water: In order to avoid the overnight and reduce the diffculty of operation by trailer company (because most of trailer companies do not like the car overnight even if pay the overnight fee by the customer). CIQ finished on the morning by bonded zone, container hanging down, the car pulled away, after declaration, trailer from Bonded Warehouse to Port and transit arrangements by our company uniform (trailers fee, transit fee, port construction fees, total RMB1000).

6. Checkout the CIQ list and waiting for the CIQ certificate, a certificate for at least five working days.

PS: A. The time from into depot to closing date, it is best reserved for more than three days.
B. CIQ offer include: customs clearance, handling, inspection and get the CIQ certificate.
C. Our company do not accept the goods of famous brand and the famouse brand of goods by customs registration. In case of the CIB and the Customs investigation was not board ship by the same, resulting in serious consequences borne by you all.
